About Counties View - cosy self catering accommodation in Ludlow, Shropshire

Counties View is a charming 230 year old cottage in the centre of Ludlow. With 4 star quality rating in tourist accommodation, Counties View has been renovated to a high standard of comfort. Just a couple of minutes walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants of Ludlow, Counties View offers accommodation for up to six people in three bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. It has a large kitchen and a cosy lounge with an open decorative fireplace. Counties View is perfect for those who like good cuisine, history and walking and is available throughout the year. Accommodation also includes a cot and high chair and Counties View is strictly non-smoking. There is parking close by for two cars, one being a lockable garage. Unfortunately Counties view is not suitable for the disabled due to the steps up to the front door, and pets are not allowed.

The kitchen has recently been refitted throughout and includes undercounter fridge and deepfreeze, Coffee Machine, Gas stove, Microwave Oven, Washing Machine, Tumble Drier and Instant Gas Fireplace. Crockery and cutlery for 8 guests and the usual toaster, kettle and wine-opener etc.
The large dining kitchen and cosy Lounge features a Decorative Open Fireplace, characteristic Low wooden-beamed ceiling with ample relaxation space. TV/DVD and Radio/CD player and various Board games provide in-house entertainment. Recently renovated Heating has been awarded Five Stars. Brochures laid out on all the various local Points of Interest, from History, to walking to Cuisine.
Three double Bedrooms en-suite are named for their ambience:- Angels’ Rest,

Counties View and Daydreamer’s Loft. All three enjoy Television. Two of the rooms have showers and toilet en-suite, whereas Angel's Rest is a bathroom en-suite. Daydreamer's Loft, the uppermost bedroom, has tea and coffee facilities and is designed to sleep 2 single folk or a couple if the two single beds are put together.

All folk are welcome to stay. Wheelchair persons need to know that there are 2 flights of steps in the house, so it is up to their own ability whether this is suitable.
